Cape Cod Ren Fair Vendor Fee
Thank you so much for participating in the Misfits Night Market at the Cape Cod Tiny Ren Fair! We are excited you will be selling your wares with us.
Where: Simpkins Field 1153 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664
Vendor Fee is $25 -- payable to The Cordial Eye via cash, check, card, or Venmo
Vendor setup will begin at 8 a.m. and must be completed by 9:30 a.m.
Vendors arriving before 9:30 a.m. may park their vehicle behind their booth.
Vendors arriving after 9:30 a.m. will need to park across the street in the Cape Cod Brass parking lot.
Vehicles parked in the field may not be moved or exit the event area before 4 p.m., for the safety of our visitors.
Each vendor will be provided with an 8' x 8' space.
Vendors must bring their own table and tent. Tents are recommended due to weather, but not required.
Three to four volunteers will be available the day of the event to provide lunch and bathroom break coverage.
Bathrooms will be available inside Waypoint Academy building next to the field.
Submission of payment is due by July 7th. If you will not be attending the market, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can fill your spot.
